These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between 99abb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and the individual registering or using the platform ("you", "the Player", "User"). By creating a 99abb account, accessing any service, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise interacting with the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance. 99abb reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one active 99abb account only. Duplicate or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances — including any winnings — may be voided at 99abb's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your 99abb account. This responsibility encompasses the security of your login credentials, the accuracy of your account information, and all wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and transactions initiated under your account.

• You must keep your 99abb login credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account with any third party, including family members or friends. All wagers placed through your account are considered to be placed by you personally.
• You must notify 99abb's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 99abb will never request your password or OTP code via email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

99abb is required to verify the identity and age of all players as part of its licensing obligations. KYC verification — which requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC — is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. All 99abb accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account currency cannot be changed after registration. 99abb does not charge currency conversion fees; however, if a player's payment method charges its own fees, those remain the player's responsibility.

Real-money deposits remain withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification requirements.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform access. 99abb shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, provided that any wagers placed but not settled during a period of interruption are resolved fairly and equitably. 99abb is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or actions taken on the basis of incorrect information provided by the player during registration or KYC.

99abb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering on 99abb, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including identity information submitted during KYC, transaction records, gameplay history, and communication records — is retained for the duration of your account and for the minimum period thereafter required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering regulations. 99abb does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 99abb may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose 99abb to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The player has requested voluntary closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, 99abb reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation and, where fraud or Terms breach is confirmed, to void and forfeit such balance. Upon voluntary closure or termination without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

Players may close their own 99abb account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawing your balance before requesting closure is recommended.
